Server 2003 Right-Click Menu Delay

get a serious delay with the right click menu in IE5.5 sp2. In all other programs and basic windows the right click delay is normal. Checking ShowMenuDelay in the registry shows default value of 400 and changing this does not affect the IE delay. Anyone have any ideas?

I have Office 2000 and one annoyance that I didn't have with Office 97 was the menu delay. With Word (and it is the same with the other components), you place your cursor over a menu item and it drops down only partially. If you leave the cursor there for a few seconds, it expands completely.
